Troubleshooting tips

Your hearing 

instruments

 are extremely reliable devices. 

Should a problem occur, it can usually be corrected quick-
ly. Use these troubleshooting tips to resolve simple issues.

Problem

Possible solution

Sound is weak

Replace empty battery.
Check if the hearing instrument is 
turned on.
Increase volume.

Instrument 
emits whistling

Try reinserting the hearing instrument 
until it fits securely.
