Problem and possible solutions
Hearing instrument does not work.

■ 

Turn the hearing instrument on.

■ 

Gently close battery compartment completely.

■ 

Replace or recharge the empty battery (depending 

on the battery type).

■ 

Make sure the battery is inserted correctly.

■ 

Power-on delay is active. Wait several seconds and 

check again.
