Design

The temperature sensor of the HI320C/HI322C consists of two precision NTC
thermistors, which are attached to a holder. The measuring resistor R

m

 is located in

the tip of the protection cover and measures the ambient temperature. The housing
temperature is measured with resistor R

g

.

The open protection housing means that the ambient temperature has an almost un-
hindered effect on the sensor and protects it against mechanical damage.
