Connecting the base station

In order to be able to make calls with your

phone via the fixed line network and via

VoIP, you must connect the base station

to the fixed line and the Internet, see Fig-

ure 1.

1 Internet connection:

Router and modem (in illustration) or

router with integrated modem

2 Gigaset S675 IP base station

3 Gigaset S67H handset

4 PC in LAN

Follow the steps in the order given below:
1. Connect the base station to the fixed

line phone port

2. Connect the base station to the mains

power supply

3. Connect the base station to the router
