Internal consultation calls
When you are speaking to an

participant you can simultaneously call an
internal
participant for consultation.

Accepting/rejecting call waiting
If you get an
external
call while
conducting an
internal
call, you will hear
the call waiting tone (short tone). The
caller's number will appear in the display
if phone number identification is enabled.
Ending an internal call, accepting an
external call

Press the display key.
The internal call is
ended
. You are
connected to the external caller.
Rejecting external call
§Reject§
Press the display key.
The call waiting tone is turned off. You
remain connected with the internal
participant. The ringtone can still be heard
at other registered handsets.
Linking internal callers to
an external call
Important:
The
Listening In
function must
be activated.
You are conducting an external call. An
internal caller can listen in on this call and
take part in the conversation. All the
participants are made aware of the
'listening-in' by a signal tone.
