Inserting
Turn the hearing instrument off by opening the battery

compartment to the first stop.
X
Hold the earmold between
thumb and index finger and
insert it carefully into the ear
canal.
You may find it helpful to pull
the ear slightly upward or to
the back.
Place the hearing instrument
X
behind the ear.
Ensure not to twist the tubing.
Turn the hearing instruments on by completely closing
X
the battery compartment.
If you hear a feedback whistle after switch-on, check
X
again if the earmold is inserted accurately.
Handle the hearing instrument by holding the ear-
X
mold. Do not pull the tube.
Do not use lubricant when you insert the earmold,
X
because it may clog the sound outlet.
