•

Install the new friction linings according to (Fig. 29 or Fig. 30). There are two different 
vertical friction linings. Both are equally suitable for the unit.

•

Reinstall the upper counter bearing.

•

Tighten the screws.

•

Check that there is no braking action on the counter bearings.

•

Tighten the adjustment screw. Make sure that the spring mechanism is under tension 
before releasing the ceiling support. 

•

Attach the column cover and side covers and the cover with the cassette compartment.

•

Check parallelism, refer to section "Parallelism".

•

Adjust counterbalance, refer to section "Counterbalance".

•

Adjust friction linings, refer to section "Adjusting the friction linings".
