Commissioning
Commissioning may only be performed by qualified persons.
•
Qualified persons have the specialist training, skills, experience and knowledge of the
relevant regulations and standards needed to be able to perform work assigned to
them and to identify and avoid any potential dangers independently.
•
Electricians have the professional training, skills, experience and knowledge of the
relevant standards and provisions needed to work on electrical systems and to detect
and avoid any potential dangers independently.
6.1
Starting up the cabinet
6.1.1
Establishing the voltage supply
The cabinet does not have an external power switch.

Connect the voltage supply via the main connecting cable.
Connecting the voltage supply supplies the controller and all connected sensors with
voltage.

Checking the operational readiness of the controllers

The
DEVICE READY
LED on the SIM2000-2 Prime controller lights up after initialization.
NOTE!
After configuration of the overall system, the
SYSTEM READY
LED must light up on
the SIM2000-2 Prime controller.
