Parameters
Settings for protecting the configuration can be made on the
tab.
The P
ARAMETER
folder in the project tree combines all available parameters.
5.1
General
Password protection for the device configuration can be activated in the
group.
Password protection ensures that only authorized users can enter device parameters. This
prevents incorrect settings from being made.
5.1.1
Configuration is password protected
If this parameter is activated, access to the device configuration is password protected. To
be able to change parameters, you must log in to the device at the user level of authorized
customer or higher. You can use the SOPAS options, which can be found outside of the de-
vice configuration, without logging in. Password protection is activated the next time the de-
vice is restarted.
5.2

Auto setup via function button menu
group contains the parameters for adjusting the
auto-setup wizards.
