Compare the theoretical speed of sound with the speed of sound measured with the
FLOWSIC600-XT.
The deviation of the measured SOS from the calculated SOS is shown for each path in
the “Deviations per Path” area,

The deviation between the two speeds of sound should be less than ±0.1%.
If the deviation exceeds 0.3%: Check the plausibility of the pressure, temperature and
gas composition values.
