Installing the analyzer
1 Check whether the sealing sleeve (silicone foam seal) is mounted on the sample gas
probe (
→ Fig. 11 ).
2 Push the analyzer into the housing (place on the rails); carefully insert the sample gas
probe through the flange opening.
3 Connect the gas supply lines internally: Connect the three couplings of the gas lines in
accordance with the color code of the hoses (red/blue/white).
4 Insert the exhaust gas line ( recommendation: PTFE tube) from the outside through the
plastic bulkhead fitting into the industrial housing; place the clamping ring of the plastic
bulkhead fitting onto the exhaust gas line.
5 Connect the exhaust gas line to the “Exhaust” gas connection of the analyzer.
6 Push the analyzer into the end stop.
7 Place the clamping bar onto the rails behind the base frame.
8 Press the clamping bar and the analyzer firmly against the flange. In this condition
secure the clamping bar in place (tighten the clamping screws).
9 Connect the connection cable of the analyzer to the corresponding counterpart on the
inside of the industrial housing.
10 Close the plastic bulkhead fitting around the exhaust gas line.
