Explanations about the Menu Structure
Code
Protection against unintentional changes to the set parameters.
Code: 314
Function:
Menu access and changing parameters. Confirm code 314 with
.
Successful entry of a code is confirmed with a “!” in the display.
Parameter changes, which are confirmed with
, are active immediately and stored permanently.
If the code is not entered or a different number (than 314) is entered, the valid parameters are dis-
played; changing is not possible then.
The possibility of viewing all parameters without a change option simplifies querying and transmitting
parameters by unskilled personnel, for example.
Software-Version
For example, Ver. V1.0
Parameter
Depending on the sensor model, the interface, the multifunctional input/output MF1, the output MF2,
the resolution and an offset are set here.
A reset resets all parameters to their default values.
All parameters can be set via the display with PROFIBUS sensors. When the PROFIBUS is started up
anew, all parameters are overwritten with the parameters stored in the control unit. Exception:
PROFIBUS address, offset with active preset function, profile class 1.
