Error when music player
is activated
There are various reasons that the error occurs.
• The memory has no or insufficient memory space
to play the music. Please move the stored files to
the PC to yield the memory capacity.
• The music file is by the file format that the device
does not support.

• Make sure to use the USB cable supplied.
• Make sure the USB cable is firmly connected to
the device and the PC.
