There are 5 modes:

One Beacon (Stand-alone and Manual) 

01)

 

Fasten the effect light onto firm trussing. Leave at least 0,5 meter on all sides for air circulation. 

02)

 

Always use a safety cable (ordercode 70140 / 70141). 

03)

 

Plug the end of the electric mains Powercon cord into a proper electric power supply socket. 

04)

 

When the Beacon is not connected with a DMX cable, it functions as a stand-alone device. 

05)

One Beacon (Sound-controlled) 

01)

 

Fasten the effect light onto firm trussing. Leave at least 0,5 meter on all sides for air circulation.

Always use a safety cable (ordercode 70140 / 70141). 

03)

 

Plug the end of the electric mains Powercon cord into a proper electric power supply socket. 

04)

 

When the Beacon is not connected with a DMX cable, it functions as a stand-alone device.

Multiple Beacons (Master/Slave Mode) 

01)

 

Fasten the effect light onto firm trussing. Leave at least 0,5 meter on all sides for air circulation.

Always use a safety cable (ordercode 70140 / 70141). 

03)

 

Plug the end of the electric mains Powercon cord into a proper electric power supply socket. 

04)

 

Use a 3-pin XLR cable to connect the Beacons.

Link the units as shown in Fig. 03, connect a DMX signal cable from the first unit's DMX "out" socket to 
the second unit's "in" socket. Repeat this process to link the second, third, and fourth units. You can 
use the same functions on the master device as described on pages 14 and 16 (Built-in or Sound-
controlled). This means on the master device you can set your desired operation mode and all slave 
devices will react the same as the master device.
