Push Sweeper
Fast Assembly/Operation Instructions
NOTE:
Tracking belt is Pre-assembled to the side broom arm and rear drive
wheel. Use care in removing side broom arm from dirt hopper.
Unpacking
1. The Professional Push Sweeper requires some initial assembly - attach side broom,
push handle and dirt hopper handle.
2. Unpack the complete push sweeper from the shipping carton and place the unit on a
flat surface.
Side Broom Arm Assembly
1. Partially lift hopper and remove side broom arm (Fig. 2). Keep tracking belt attached.
2. Remove clevis pins and hairpin clips from side broom arm. (Fig. 3)
3. Remove dirt hopper from sweeper frame.

). Move side broom arm over mounting bracket as shown in Fig. 3

). Position tracking belt coming from top of rear wheel over mounting bracket. (Fig. 4)

). Position tracking belt coming from bottom of rear wheel under mounting bracket.
(Fig. 4)

). Slide side broom arm into mounting bracket aligning holes as shown in Fig. 3.

). Insert clevis pins and secure with hairpin clips. (Fig. 3)
5. Remove remaining parts shipped in dirt hopper.
Side Broom Assembly
1. Place side broom bumper on the side broom pulley with the outside flange toward
side broom. Attach side broom to the side broom pulley with screws, lockwashers
and washers (Fig. 4).
2. With side broom in place, lower side broom arm. Push sweeper forward to ensure
side broom rotates inwards towards sweeper.
Push Handle Assembly
1. Attach hopper handle to the sweeper dirt hopper with screws provided. (Fig. 5)
2. Install dirt hopper onto sweeper frame.
3. Place ends of lower sweeper push handle into holes of sweeper frame. Attach with
screws. (Fig. 6)
4. Attach upper sweeper push handle to lower sweeper handle using machine screws,
lockwashers and nuts. (Fig. 6)
Push Sweeper Operation
1. Main broom height is factory pre-set for maximum sweeping efficiency. Push sweep-
er forward at normal walking speed; it does not operate when pulled backwards.

Montaje rápido / Instrucciones de funcionamiento
NOTA:
La correa de alineación está preensamblada en la escoba lateral y rueda de ac-
cionamiento posterior. Sea cuidadoso al retirar el brazo de la escoba lateral de la tolva
de polvo.
Desembalaje
1. La aspiradora de mano profesional requiere un montaje inicial – acople la escoba
lateral, la manija de empuje y la manija de la tolva de polvo.
2. Retire la aspiradora de mano completa de la caja de cartón de embarque y coloque la
unidad sobre una superficie plana.
Montaje del Brazo de la escoba lateral
1. Eleve parcialmente la tolva y quite el brazo de la escoba lateral (Fig. 2). Mantenga la
correa de alineación acoplada.
2. Quite los pasadores de horquilla y las abrazaderas de horquilla del brazo de la escoba
lateral. (Fig. 3)
3. Quite la tolva de polvo del bastidor de la aspiradora.
4. A). Mueva el brazo de la escoba lateral sobre la ménsula de montaje como se muestra
en la Fig. 3
B). Posicione la correa de alineación que proviene de la parte superior de la rueda
posterior sobre la ménsula de montaje. (Fig. 4)
