When “Reset file number” is selected, the next image
taken will reset the counter.
File number memory
Explanation
ON
The file number is stored.
File numbers start with “PICT0001.JPG” when you change or format the SD card, or
when you erase all images stored on the SD card (default setting).
OFF
The file number is not stored.
The file numbers restart with “PICT0001.JPG” when:
• you change or format the SD card
• you erase all images stored on the SD card
• the date of a dated folder is changed.
However, when you store images in one folder, the files will be numbered in sequence.
