Shinola recommends you have your timepiece serviced every three years.
Service and any necessary maintenance or repairs on your Shinola watch can be
performed by Shinola or a third party watch service and repair provider (a “third
party”). Damage caused to your Shinola watch by any third party, may, however,
void this warranty. Shinola will not accept a warranty claim or repair if there is
evidence of excessive wear, misuse, damage, or improper service or repair.

• Strap or buckle.
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, negligence, accidents
or normal wear and tear.
• Factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

• The watch has not been properly serviced by a third party.
