WARRANTY
Shinola /Detroit , LLC audio products described below (each a “Shinola
Detroit . Product ”) are under warrant y for t wo (2) years from the date of
original retail purchase (the “ Warrant y Period”). The applicable Shinola
Detroit Products under this warrant y include the following: The Canfield
Pro Headphones, The Canfield Over-Ear Headphones, The Canfield On-
Ear Headphones and The Canfield In-Ear Monitors.
W H A T ’ S C O V E R E D :
Shinola Detroit warrants to the original purchaser that the Shinola Detroit
Product will be free of defects related to manufacturing, par ts, materials,
and workmanship under normal and accepted use in accordance with
Shinola Detroit ’s published guidelines. Shinola Detroit ’s guidelines include
but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications,
user manuals and ser vice communications.
W H A T ’ S N O T C O V E R E D :
This warrant y does not cover defects resulting from improper or
unreasonable use or maintenance; cosmetic damage, including but not
limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic; failure to follow operating
instructions; accident; excess moisture; excess temperature; power
surges; connections to improper voltage supply; unauthorized alteration
or modification of original condition; damage caused by a third par t y
product used with a Shinola Detroit Product; products purchased from
unauthorized dealers; ser vice per formed by any par t y other than an
authorized Shinola Detroit Ser vice Provider; or defects incurred during
transpor tation (claims must be presented to the carrier).
