The rear frame damper deflects deeply through
the deflection range Deflection is quickly used up,
the rider's weight shifts forward and the bicycle
loses some momentum.

Solution

Turn
compression adjuster
clockwise.
The damping and compression hardness is
increased and the deflection stroke speed is
reduced. Efficiency on hilly and flat terrain is
improved.
