Each Ultrasonic Pest Repeller by Sherlock Hones covers 1,075 — 1,600 sq.ft., and that is the
equivalent of a 350’— 500’ foot room. Larger rooms/spaces will require more ultrasonic pest
repellers installed.
RESULTS
After proper installation, as noted above, you will begin to see activity with creatures crawling
out of hiding places, usually within 24hrs. It may take as long as 3 - 4 weeks for all pests to
leave. Be patient, and keep letting or tossing them outside as you find them — they will not want
to return. Keep the Ultrasonic Pest Repellers plugged in 24/7 for prevention of future pests
wanting to take up residence in your home.
OUTDOOR USE
You may want to use the Ultrasonic Pest Repellers on your patio, deck and other outdoor areas,
that’s fine, as long as you plug them in where there is an overhang or protection from moisture
getting into the plug. Remember, they work best 10” -- 50” from the ground. Think about using
extension cords, as necessary, for proper installation.
NOTE:
Mother Nature’s out-of-doors wildlife such as song birds, beneficial garden spiders,
opossum that eat ticks and fleas will not like the ultrasonic sound waves. The repeller can go
through screens, so if you open your windows near the garden, remember, all insects, rodents,
reptiles and birds will leave the area near your windows, sliders, etc.
OPTIONS
You may want to use the Ultrasonic Pest Repellers in your garage, shed, warehouse, etc.
Please do so, they work the same in various environments. A shed teaming with nasty creatures
will eventually clear, but again, be patient, as that may take some time, because they have liked
living in there for perhaps years. It might take them a while to realize this is no longer a safe
place.
