Installing the heating elements

Connect furnace to main current
and turn on the furnace. BLAZIR is sinter ready!
Step 1
Take off the top cover
with exhaust airpipe
by unscrewing the 4
screws located in
each corner of the top
Step 2
From the accessory
bag take the
connection metal
strips, tools, and
extra screws
Step 3
Carefully unpack each
heating element from their
box and place into furnace
one by one. NOTE: heating
elements are very fragile.
Assure Blazir is disconnected from power supply.

THIGHLY connect the 3 metallic strips with provided hexa screws as
per image above. NOTE exact position of strips.

Connect each power cable with screws to the respective
heating element (see above)

Close top of furnace by screwing the cover back on.
ASSURE that the edge of exhaust pipe is in hole.

Check that the TC is not in contact with the metallic strips

Insert each of the 4 heating elements into their placement on the top
of the muffle, paying attention that the bottom of the HE is also
correctly aligned in the base of the muffle.
