Check the pins(13) and (14) of IC201 peripheral circuit. (R201, R202, C203)
SP mode: Is record FM signal (approx. 20 mAp-p) output to the pins(88) and (89) (SP1) and pins(86) and (87) (SP2) of IC201? EP mode: Is record FM signal (approx. 20 mAp-p) output to the IC201 pins(93) and (94) (EP1) and pins(92) and (91) (EP2) of IC20

Check the periphery of pin(61) of IC201 and YC 5V line.
Check whether the pins(71) and (73) of IC201 oscillate (3.58 MHz)?
