Launch Windows Media Player.
Example:
Start All Programs Windows Media Player

On the "Tools" menu, click "Options..." and then
"Rip Music", and select "Copy protect music".

Click "OK".

Insert an audio CD into the PC.
The audio CD may play automatically depending on
settings on the PC. In this case, stop playback.

Click "Rip" on the taskbar to show tracks on the
audio CD.

Select the check boxes of tracks to rip.

Click "Rip Music" to start ripping.
