.5. Water Softener System
The dishwasher is equipped with a water softener which reduces the hardness in the
mains water supply. To find out the hardness level of your tap water, contact your water
company or use a test strip (if available).

.6. Setting
• Press the programme button
when the machine is turned off.
• Turn the machine on by pressing the On/Off button and continue to press the
programme button for at least 3 seconds.
• If “Hardness set” is recognized “SL” is shown for 2 seconds.
• Release the programme button. The lcurrent setting can be seen.
• Press the programme button to set the desired level. Pressing the programme button
cycles through the hardness levels from 1 to 6.
• Once the desired level has been reached, turn the machine off to store the
selected setting.

.7. Detergent usage
Only use detergents specifically designed for domestic dishwashers.
Add the recommended amount of detergent for the selected programme to ensure the best
performance.
