OCUMENT FILING MADE EASY
The new MX-M350/M450 Document Systems also offer Standard
Document Filing. A 16 GB hard drive partition offers plenty of space
to store frequently-used files such as forms and templates. With up
to 20,000 pages of storage capacity, every user on the network can
share and access documents. And with PIN-code authorization,
you can restrict access to secure folders, helping to protect your
company’s sensitive information.
LDAP
SUPPORT
With innovative LDAP support (Lightweight Directory Access
Protocol), you no longer need to enter a recipient’s address. Just key
in the first few characters of the address and the MX-M350/M450
Document Systems display a list of matching names. And for
enhanced security, integrated
User Authentication requires users
to log in before searching for an address and sending an outbound
e-mail (requires optional Network Scanning Kit).

NIQUE FILE NAMING
To make the recognition and retrieval of files even easier, use the
Unique File Naming feature. With the ability to enter specific
filenames with customized message and subject fields, locating
