Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

Press the CD

button.

If no disc is loaded, “CD NO DISC” will appear.

Press the CD

(OPEN/CLOSE) button to open the CD compart-

ment.

Place a CD on the spindle, label side up.

Press the CD

(OPEN/CLOSE) button to close the CD compart-

ment.

Press the CD

button to start playback from track 1.

When the last track on the disc has finished, the CD player will stop automati-
cally.

To interrupt playback:

Press the CD

To resume playback from the same point, press the CD

button again.
