Does the snow noise appear on the CRT at max contrast and brightness control?
Does approx.30V appear at pin (9) of TU202(tuner)
Check L202, D759 and R761
Check TU202 and their peripheral parts.
Check pin(1) and (2) of IC201
Check pin(12) of (SE) connector Does noise or signal appear?
Check IC4003 RGB output Normal? Check pin(3) of IC1801, IC1802, IC1803 Signal or Noise?
Check R651(Heater), Screen connection and Peripheral circuits of T630(FBT) and CRT
Check TU202(tuner), SF201 and Peripheral parts. Check IC201, Q205 and their Peripheral circuits. Check IC4003 and their Peripheral circuits.
Check "KY" connection, IC1801, IC1802, IC1803 and their Peripheral circuits
