A replacement post-motor
filter has been provided
with your product. Use the
replacement filter while the
other is drying.
POST-MOTOR FILTER

Remove the Shark
®
logo sticker from
the Shark
®
logo knob on the post
motor cover.

Using a Philips screwdriver, remove
the wo screws from the logo knob.

Twist the Shark
®
logo knob on the
post-motor cover counter-clockwise
to release cover.

Use both hands to grip the cover on
both sides and pull the cover toward
you.

Gently peel the filter off the inside of
the cover. Thoroughly rinse the filter
in lukewarm water. Squeeze out any
excess water. Air dry for 24 hours
before reusing.

Insert a dry filter into the inside of
the cover. Snap the cover onto the
Vac-Then-Steam™
.

Twist the Shark
®
logo knob clockwise
and replace the two screws to secure
the cover.
NOTE:
Replacement logo stickers are
provided should you wish to
re-attach them.
NOTE:
Using only water, thoroughly
rinse filter every 3 months and dry
for 24 hours. Replace filter in the
Vac-Then-Steam™
once a year. More
regular filter care or replacement
may be required with excessive use.
DO NOT
use a hair dryer or any other
forced hot air to dry any of the filters.
NOTE:
Any other servicing should be
performed by an authorized service
representative.
