MOUNTING THE WINCH
Be careful when mounting the winch to the anchoring structure and ensure appropriate conditions
for safety mounting according to the character of the environment (working platform, auxiliary lifting
device, etc.), to avoid endanger or injury of the people. Use safety equipment when suspending
winch in heights to avoid fall from height. Use only undamaged bolts, washers and nuts when
mounting the winch. Secure the winch with all screws. Remember mounting bolts may vibrate loose.
Winch must be mounted in such a way that the towed load moves in the axis of the winch.
WINCH POSITION WHEN PULLING AND LIFTING LOADS
(1) Rope must run straight into the winch, in line with its axle.
(2) If the winch and load are at an angle when lifting or pulling, a pulley must be used as a
wire rope guide.
