MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
1:
(a) Place the Paraflex 150/250 LB Shell Base (B1) upside
down on a flat and level surface. To protect the finish from
scratches, place a piece of cardboard underneath it.
NOTE: A sticker has been placed over each of the holes
without Concrete Studs (B3). Leave these stickers in place.
DO NOT REMOVE the pre-installed Concrete Studs.
(b) Place a piece of masking tape over the hole in each
Concrete Stud. Use a Carpenter's Level to ensure the
Paraflex 150/250 LB Shell Base is level. If necessary shim
with pieces of cardboard until level.
The manufacturer warrants to the consumer that the 150/250 LB Shell Base Kit is free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for
a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase when used in compliance with directions as outlined in the manufacturer’s
instructions, which includes reasonable and necessary maintenance by the consumer. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear of product.
Manufacturer takes no responsibility for incorrect use or assembly related to installation area, consistency of supports and relative hardware used,
and capacity of mounting surfaces. Failure to follow the given assembly, maintenance, use and care instructions will void the product warranty. In
case of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, manufacturer agrees to, at their discretion, send the replacement part for all defective
parts.

3:
(a) After allowing the concrete to thoroughly dry (at least 48
hours in a sunny area), turn the Paraflex 150/250 LB Shell
Base (B1) over. Remove the Flat Head Machine Screws (B2).
IMPORTANT: The concrete must be completely dry before
turning the Paraflex 150 LB or 250 LB Shell Base over.
Concrete can take up to 4 days to dry in cool climates. For
best results, complete this process outside in a warm, sunny

WARRANTY
NOTE: For maximum stability, the Paraflex 150/250 LB Shell
Base should be placed on flat, level ground.
2:
(a) Depending on which base you purchased, mix either150 LB, or
250 LB of concrete in a wheelbarrow following the instructions on
the packaging of the concrete mix.
(b) Carefully fill the Paraflex 150/250 LB Shell Base (B1) evenly
until the concrete is flush with the rim. This may not require the full
150, or 250 pounds of mixed concrete. Do not fill above the rim.
Immediately clean any over-spill on the exterior with a moist cloth
before the concrete begins to set and dry. Over-spill can damage
the finish.
