Instruction manual for power supply no 3610.50

04.12.01

Ac 3610.50

The power supply no. 3610.50 provides AC and DC
power in 1 volt increments, from 1 to 12 volts, at up to
6 A. As the AC and DC power are delivered on separate
output connecters, they may be used simultaneously.
Both output are unregulated, and protected from current
overload by thermal circuit breaker. The DC output is
fullwave rectified, but unfiltered.

Operation:

1. Connect the power chord to the mains outlet 230

volt AC.

2. Connect the appropiate output lines of the power

supply to the circuit (test leads are not included).

3. Set the »VOLTAGE ADJUST« knob to 1 volt.

4. Flip the »On/off« switch on the power supply to

On. The switch will light to show that the power
supply is on.

5. Set the “VOLTAGE ADJUST” knob to the disired

voltage setting (AC values are in RMS)

Note:

Both the AC and DC output circuit are protected

with a thermally activated circuit breaker. If at any time
the power supply fails to come on, or if it shuts down
during operation because of a current overload, press
the “Reset” button on the front panel. This will reset the
circuit breaker. Of course, you may have to reduce the
voltage or increase the resistance of the load in order
to resume operation.
