Lubricant fill quantities
Refer to the gear unit nameplate for prescribed lubricant fill quantities in explosion-
proof gear units.

INFORMATION
Unless a special arrangement is made, SEW‑EURODRIVE supplies the drives with a
lubricant fill adapted for the specific mounting position. The decisive factor is the
mounting position (see chapter
)) which must be spe-
cified with the order.
When the mounting position is changed, the amount of lubricant must be adapted ac-
cordingly. Do not
change the mounting position
without prior consultation with
SEW‑EURODRIVE. If you do not consult SEW‑EURODRIVE, the
ATEX certification
and
rights to claim under limited warranty
become void.
