Danger of burns and scalding

The exterior surfaces become hot
during use and will remain so for some
time afterwards.

Allow the appliance to cool down

Do not exceed to 70 °C when re-
heating tea.

Do not bring to
a boil, as the liquid may foam over.

Also beware of the danger of scalding
from hot steam being emitted.
Therefore, do not touch any parts of
the appliance except the handle during
use.

During the boiling process and when
pouring out hot water, the lid must be
kept closed at all times.

Allow the water container to cool down
before refilling.
Lack of hygiene
Lack of hygiene may result in germs
forming inside the appliance:

Clean the appliance thoroughly before
using it for the first time.

Before cleaning the appliance,
ensure it is disconnected from the
power supply and has cooled down
completely.

The appliance must be descaled at
regular intervals. Clean the water
container as necessary with a damp
cloth.
