regulations and to avoid hazards, repairs
of electrical appliances must be carried
out by qualified personnel, including the

are needed, please send the appliance to

Before using for the first time

The appliance and the heating plates should
be wiped clean with a slightly damp cloth
before use.

Operation

- The appliance should only be used on

dry or almost dry hair.

- Insert the plug into a suitable wall outlet. 
- Use the temperature control to set the

desired temperature level and turn the
appliance on using the On/Off switch.
The heating-up process starts and is
shown by the temperature indicator light.

During the heating phase, the appliance
should be left on a firm, heat-resistant
surface.

- The indicator light goes out once the

desired temperature level has been
reached.

- Take each strand of hair as close as

possible to the roots and place it between
the heating plates.

- Bring the two arms together on the hair,

and wait a moment for the shaping
process to take effect.

- Open the arms.
- Check whether the result is as desired. 
- If you wish the shaping to be more

pronounced, repeat the process and
allow the heat to take effect for a slightly
longer period.

- Always shape the hair starting from the

roots and working your way out to the
ends.

- Remove the plug from the wall socket

after use.

General care and cleaning

Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is
disconnected from the power supply and
has cooled down completely.

To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the appliance with water and do
not immerse it in water.

Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions.

- The exterior of the appliance may be

wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free
cloth.

- The heating plates may be cleaned with a

slightly damp cloth, using a mild
detergent. Ensure that they are
thoroughly wiped dry afterwards.

Disposal

Do not dispose of old or defective
appliances in domestic garbage;
this should only be done through
public collection points.

Guarantee

This product is guaranteed against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Under
this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
to repair or replace any parts found to be
defective, providing the product is returned
to one of our authorised service centres. This
guarantee is only valid if the appliance has
been used in accordance with the
instructions, and provided that it has not
been modified, repaired or interfered with
by any unauthorised person, or damaged
