
1. If the device cannot connect to cellular data, please first
check if the SIM card is out of service, then please check
whether CRUISE1 support the corresponding network.
2. If the device cannot connect to PC, please check whether the
USB cable and the CRUISE1 is correctly connected.
3. If the device cannot enter into sleep mode, please check
whether CRUISE1 is using cellular network, or whether CRUISE1
is reading or writing data into NAND.
Connect your device to PC via the USB cable or a single
slot charging dock.
Solution 1: First to check whether the scan engine is closed,
if so, please turn it on in "Scan Tool"
Solution 2: Please check whether the integrated scan application
and the third party scan application are both activated, if yes,
please disable the integrated scan application and set it to
"Not Automatically on when power on" in the setting of
"Scan Tool".
Problem 1: There is not light coming out in scanning.
Problem 2: One scanning session results in two same barcodes.
