4.1 Charging the battery
Use the supplied microUSB cable to charge the battery before switching on the device for the
first time. If there are problems with the battery or if it needs to be replaced, the device should
be delivered to the manufacturer's service centre. Use only the cable supplied Using incompatible
cables can cause explosion of the battery or damage to your device. Incorrect charger connection of
the USB cable may cause damage to the device or the energy source. All damages resulting from
improper handling are not covered by the warranty.
We recommend that you turn off the device
during the battery charging process.
The device can heat up during charging. It is a regular occurrence and should not affect the
stability or performance of the device. Do not leave the charged device unattended, as this
may result in fire or damage to equipment and other environmental hazards.
If the device does not charge correctly, deliver it with the charger to the manufacturer's
service centre.
To charge the device, you need to connect the USB plug of the supplied cable to a socket on
your computer, laptop, powerbank, USB charger, etc., which guarantees 5 V

current at its output, and the micro USB plug to the micro USB connector on the headphones
(11). When charging starts, the LED diode (5) lights up red. When the battery is charged, the
LED goes out. Once charged disconnect power cable from the device and from the power
source.
4.2 Switching the device on and off
To turn the device on or off in wireless mode press and hold the /
button (10) for
approximately 3 seconds. Switching the device on and off will be confirmed by a message.
With a wired connection, the device works without switching on.
The device works in the following modes:

Bluetooth mode
•
Memory card mode
•
FM mode
•
Wired connection
You can switch between Bluetooth, memory card and FM modes by pressing the
MP3
button
(7) for about 2 seconds. The wired connection is automatically activated when a minijack
cable (not included) is connected to the device.
4.3 Bluetooth mode (pairing)
Turn on the device. Diode will start flashing blue which means that the Bluetooth pairing
mode is activated. You will receive notification confirming the process. Search for the name
"
Setty_ES-2424
" on your smartphone, tablet or notebook with Bluetooth module enabled;
pair the devices. If you need to enter a PIN code on your phone or tablet, please enter PIN:
0000
(four zeros). When the devices are paired correctly, you will hear a confirmation sound
and the status LED (5) will light up blue.
If the headphones have been paired before, they will automatically connect to the device
they last connected to when you turn them on (if that device is currently available).
