TROUBLESHOOTING 

Your Washing Machine is equipped with a built-in fault detection system, indicated by a 

combination of flashing wash operation lights. The most common failure codes are shown 

below. If your machine displays a code not shown, or if the problem persists after you have 

taken corrective action, consult the Servis helpdesk.

The door is not shut properly

Shut the door properly so that 

you hear the click

The water level in your 

machine may be low, or the 

water pressure may be low

Check that the cold water tap 

is fully turned on

The pump has failed, or the 

pump filter is obstructed

There is an excessive amount 

of water in your Washing 

Machine

Your Washing Machine 

will automatically drain the 

water, turn your Washing 

Machine off, unplug and 

contact the Servis helpdesk
