Cleaning & Maintenance
• After every use, please always unplug the power cord and perform maintenance.
• The
power cord must be unplugged every time before performing maintenance.
• The product requires regular cleaning. Clean once a week at least. If using it every day, be
sure to clean it every 3 - 4 days.
• If the scented wax has already cooled down and hardened, please connect the power
cord again and heat it up until it changes to liquid form.

Please first remove the power cord from the outlet; when removing the power cord,
do not tug hard on the power cord.

Please only use this product after it has completely dried.
• Please do not use acidic cleansers as they may cause the device to malfunction.
• When maintaining, please do not directly add water from the faucet into the device, as
doing so may cause water to leak into the power insulation joints and cause malfunctions.
• Be sure to clean regularly in order to avoid malfunction.
Pour 15ml of water into the wax container and
wait for 50 minutes until the scented wax hardens.
When the scented was has completely cooled
down and hardened, remove the Wax container
and use the scraping spoon included with this
product to clean the wax container.
If necessary, please use a soft cloth soaked
wet with warm water and neutral cleanser to
clean the wax container. After wiping dry the
excess water, place it back onto the main
device body.
