6.1
ESD Precautions
The mosaic module is sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). Although it has a limited protection,
it should only be manipulated in an ESD-safe environment and using ESD-safe tools and
equipment. These tools are typically marked with the following symbol:
The mosaic module should be stored and handled in the original package (preferably) or in a
conductive foam shorting all pads.
