Step 3a: Configure the output of differential corrections using
an NTRIP Caster
The AsteRx SB3 includes a built-in NTR
I
P Caster that makes correction data from the AsteRx
SB3 available to up to 10 NTR
I
P clients over the internet. The caster supports up to three
mount points and can also broadcast correction data from a remote NTR
I
P server.
All settings relating to the AsteRx SB3 NTR
I
P Caster can be con

gured on the
NTRIP Caster
window from the
Communication
menu.

wish to send correction data: the default port is 2101.
Click on
New mount point
as indicated in Figure 3-20. Select

to enable the mount
point and give it a name. This is the name that will appear in the caster source table. Up to

- any client can connect without logging

- clients have to login with a username and password.
