Problem resolution

If there are synchronism problems with the external equipment that you are controlling, it

is suggested to consider the following points:

•

Check continuity and good condition of BNC cables.

•

That the type of positive or negative logic is correctly selected according to the
application.

•

That the input is correctly configured regarding the edge to be detected

•

That the delay values are correct

•

That the pulse counter is not unnecessarily enabled or disabled for testing

•

Preferably, view the input signal and the output signals on an oscilloscope

•

If the times displayed on an oscilloscope do not correspond to what is programmed
through the display or USB bus, please contact the supplier for a possible update of
the product firmware
