4.2.1. Using the SHUTTLE Wheel during Playback
During playback, the
SHUTTLE
(outer) wheel can be used to speed up the
reviewing process. The play-speed is displayed on the screen.
1. During playback, turning the
SHUTTLE
wheel clockwise speeds the play
forward from 1× to 2×, 4 ×, 6 ×, 8×, 16 × and 32× the normal speed.
2. During reverse playback, turning the
SHUTTLE
wheel counter clockwise
speeds the play backward from ×1 to 2×, 4 ×, 6 ×, 8×, 16 × and 32× the
normal speed.
3. When the
PAUSE
button is pressed, turning the
SHUTTLE
wheel clockwise
reduces the play to a very slow forward rate.
4. When the
PAUSE
button is pressed, turning the
SHUTTLE
wheel counter
clockwise reduces the play to a very slow backward rate.
This can be very useful when trying to identify the exact image where an
incident occurs.
4.2.2. Using the ZOOM Button and JOG Wheel to Adjust the Display
To adjust the display using the
ZOOM
button and
JOG
wheel:
1. Turn the
JOG
wheel to shift the screen image left or right until it is in the
desired position.
2. Press the
ENTER
button.
3. Turn the
JOG
wheel to shift the screen image up or down.
4. Press the
ENTER
button.
5. Repeat until the display is centered on the object of interest in both directions.
