Check the connection of video cable 

and power cable. 

Fuzzy video 

1. Check if camera lens has been 

smeared then use professional lens 

cleaning paper or cotton swab and 

alcohol for cleaning.   

2.check the focus length. 

Dim image 

Adjust the contrast of the monitor and 

adjust the aperture.   

No motion detection frame or 

privacy mask frame   

Check the option is ON or OFF. Or 

check the menu parameters 

Color cast under special 

circumstances. 

 

Adjust White Balance mode or camera 

direction. 

Picture flickering   

Check whether the camera is facing at 

the 

sun, TV set or computer.   

Functions disorder and could not 

be adjusted. 

Restore default settings 

The camera is operating 

abnormally; the surface over-heat 

or gives off      peculiar smell, 

smoke etc. 

Please cut off the power supply 

immediately. Check the connection of 

power supply. Then send the camera to 

technicians for maintenance.
