D. SETTING THE CALL FORWARDING EXTENSION NUMBER (STEP 16 )
Enter the extension to use in Call Forwarding.
Format
16 + extension number (up to 6 digits) + “#”

The extension number may be up to 6 digits long.
Example
16 + 1234 + #
(sets the extension number as 1234)
NOTE
In order for the unit to dial an extension number, the Call Forwarding feature and the
Forward Call Extension Delay feature must be activated (see Section A and Section E).
E. SETTING THE CALL FORWARDING EXTENSION DELAY (STEP 15)
Program a pause between the Call Forwarding telephone number and the Call Forwarding extension.
Factory Setting:
0 (extension dialing disabled).
Format
15 + number of s “#”

The number of seconds may be up to two digits long, from 1 to 99 seconds.
Example
15 + 22 + #
(enters a pause of 22 seconds between the Call Forwarding number and the Forward
Call extension number)
F. DISABLE THE CALL FORWARDING EXTENSION DELAY (STEP 15)

Enter 0 seconds to disable Call Forwarding Extension Delay

(Disables Call Forwarding Extension Delay)
NOTE:
In order for the unit dial an extension number, the Call Forwarding and Call Forwarding
Extension Delay features must be activated (see Section A and Section E above).
G. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VOICE MAIL DIGITS VISITOR MAY DIAL (STEP 17)
Program the maximum number of digits a visitor may enter on the unit’s keypad after the visitor call
has been answered.
Factory Setting:
0 (disabled).
Format
17 + number of “#”

The number of digits must be one digit long; it can be between 0 and 6
•
If the number of digits is 0, the visitor will not be able to enter any digits.
Example
17 + 6 + #
(sets the maximum number of digits in the extension number to 6 digits).
