QUICK-START INSTRUCTIONS
1. Find suitable location in gas-free area Desk or
wall mount is possible.
2. Connect gas supply at 20psi inlet pressure.
3. Attach power supply (unit will turn on
automatically).
4. Attach to LAN (Scal-N software installed
separately)
5. Turn on or zero P100
6. Place P100 into holder and “snap” in place.
Top in first and bottom second.
Gas supply will indicate green light if adequate
gas pressure is sensed.
“Busy” LED will flash during operation and
upload.
Bump Test will be attempted first for no more
than 30 seconds.
If passed then PASS indicator will flash.
If failed calibration will automatically be
attempted.
Calibration time is 2 min max.
PASS or FAIL indication upon completion.
7. Remove Detector by releasing bottom first.
Data is stored for later upload through server
operation.
