Remote-Mount Antenna
In locations where a physical barrier restricts the use of a direct-mount antenna or where a longer transmission distance
is required, a remote-mount antenna (
) may be installed up to 30 ft (10 m) away and connected by cable to the
antenna coupler. A remote-mount antenna and connecting cable may be purchased from Sensia (see
).
If purchasing cable elsewhere, verify that the cable meets the maximum capacitance and
) and that the cable length is adequate to connect to both the antenna and the
coupler. See
