Check inputs and connections are all right.
Re-sync wireless and bluetooth.
Check the “Mute” button.
Check mode setting.
Check subwoofer setting.
Poor Sound
Quality

P50/P60-3D SOUND.
Check the RF interference such as WIFI products, microwave
ovens, cordless devices, etc.
