1. Will the PIR sensor be triggered by environmental factors?
No, it will not be triggered by the environment (tree shadows,
snow, etc.), but it may be triggered by cars passing if the light
is positioned at an angle that includes a road.
2. What kind of fixtures can I use this bulb with?
Most outdoor fixtures are acceptable for this bulb.
Some things to keep in mind:
• Anything that will block the sensor is not recommended
including glass covers or the walls on fixtures.
• Fully enclosed fixtures are not recommended as these
can shorten the lifespan of the bulb by overheating.
• If you have a sensor based light fixture, please either
disable the sensor if possible, or replace the fixture
with one that does not have a sensor.
3. Do you have to walk directly beneath it?
Or will it detect motion off at an angle?
This bulb has a 100° wide angle detection zone. You do not
have to walk directly under it; the sensor is able to detect
motion at an angle.
