THERMAL PROTECTION

•

The heater is equipped with two-step thermal protection – a resettable and non-resettable thermal
fuse . The resettable thermal fuse will turn off the heating element when it overheats and the
temperature of the internal electronics reaches 100 °C . If this happens, turn off the heater, disconnect
it from the power socket and allow it to cool down . When it has cooled down, you may continue
using it .

•

The non-resettable thermal fuse is activated in the event that the resettable fuse fails and the
temperature of the internal electronics reaches 140 °C . After cooling down, the heater cannot be
started again . In such an event, please contact an authorised service centre .

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

•

Before cleaning, turn off the appliance, disconnect it from the power socket and allow it to cool down .

•

Use a dry or lightly dampened wiping cloth for cleaning . Do not use chemicals, abrasive cleaning
products, solvents etc . Otherwise, the surface of the appliance may be damaged .

•

Do not submerge the appliance or its power cord in water or any other liquids .
