Fix the Mounting Plate:
Take the Cruciform Mounting plate and fix this to carcass mid point along the cabinet length using the sup-
plied screws. You can then insert the TIPON mechanism.
(NOTE: it is critical the TIPON is fixed correctly within 1.5mm of the front edge of the carcass—note the fixing positions marked below)
Adjust the Door motion.

Use the adjustment so that the door fires open nicely and positively with a firm touch. The adjustment (+4/ -1 mm) is integrated
into the TIP-ON unit and can also be used with drilled in TIP-ON. To adjust gap, turn the ejector pin. The click-stop positions allow
you to easily find the right setting. The Blum Aventos TIPON is a high quality product so take your time to adjust it perfect ly. Test
and adjust until you are happy with the action.

Blum TIPON for Aventos:

opening system.
Supplied with this cabinet is the White Blum TIPON mechanism with the White cruciform mounting plate. The mounting plate is designed to be fixed to the inside bottom of the
carcass and the TIPON mechanism is the press fit inside this.
As an alternate fixing method, you may choose to do without the cruciform mounting plate and drill a 10mm seating hole directly into the carcass . Be aware if choosing this
method that accuracy is critical and with 16mm Carcass whiteboard you do not have a lot of tolerance.
Our recommendation is to fit with the supplied cruciform mounting plate.
